We can accommodate up to 8 people. There are two bedrooms, equipped with 2 and 4 semi-double beds respectively. The dining room has six chairs and two spare chairs for resting. Kindly note that the space will be smaller when accommodating eight people.
Are there children's rates?
Junior high school students and older pay at the adult rate, elementary school students pay at 70% of the adult rate, and young children are free (without meals) or pay JPY 5000 (with meals). If elementary school students or young children wish to have a meal, the menu will be the same as adults.
Is it possible to co-sleep with my children?
Yes. There are six semi-double beds. Each bed can fit up to one adult and one child.
Are there extra beds?
Unfortunately, no.
Are baby cribs provided?
Yes. We provide 「Aprica Coconnel Air AB」 crib for your child. Please contact us in advance to let us know.
Are pajamas or loungewear provided?
Yes, we provide long-sleeve pajamas (1), bathrobes, and disposable paper gowns for the sauna.
Can my friend join us for a day trip?

Is there a cancellation fee if the number of guests decreases?
Changes can be made from the reservation confirmation up to 61 days before your stay with no cancellation fee.
If the number of people decreases, a cancellation fee will be charged due to the procurement and preparation of ingredients. However, if there is an increase in the number of people, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please contact us or call the receptionist on the day at 080-4348-3055.

Are there any restrictions on the size or number of dogs?
There are no size or quantity restrictions. However, only dogs vaccinated against rabies and 5-in-1 vaccines can stay.
Are there cages for dogs?
Yes, we provide octagonal cages with a diameter of 114 cm and a height of 62 cm.
What amenities are available for dogs?
We provide a dryer, cage, blanket, dishes, and cushion mats (upon request).
Can I sleep with my dogs on the bed?
No. Dogs are not allowed to use the bedrooms.
Is there an area where dogs can be off-leash?
The garden and terrace are enclosed, so dogs are free to roam around in the garden and terrace.
Can I order meals for my dog?
We do not provide dog meals, so please bring your own.

Dogs can roam around as they please at the on-site natural grass in the garden.
Can I bring my puppy?
It is advised to wait until the puppy is at least five months old. If your puppy is not immune or has antibodies, please do not bring them.

What is the temperature of the cold bath?
During the summer, it is approximately 20 degrees. In other seasons, it is below 15 degrees.
You can add ice to reduce the temperature using the commercial ice machine.
Can I use the löyly?
Yes, you can.
Can I wear a swimsuit?
You can wear a swimsuit. Disposable men's trunks and women's gowns are available in the sauna too.

Yes. There are 2 free parking spaces next to the hotel.

What is the cost of the shuttle service?
We provide a paid shuttle service between Tokyo and the hotel.
Round trip: ¥150,000, One way: ¥100,000 (including tax).

How can I book the shuttle service?
When making a reservation, please indicate that you would like to use the shuttle service. Our staff will contact you with details regarding the pick-up location and time.
How many passengers can the shuttle accommodate?
The shuttle is an Alphard Executive Lounge, which can accommodate up to 6 people. However, if you have large suitcases, it may not be possible to accommodate 6 people. Please contact us.
Are child seats available?
We have 2 GRACO Junior Seat Compact Junior child seats available. (Upon request)
Can we make stops along the way when using the shuttle service?
We can make stops at convenience stores or service parking areas. However, extended stops for sightseeing may incur additional charges. Please contact us.
Can the shuttle service make multiple stops?
The shuttle service is for a single pick-up and drop-off location only.

Is the outdoor terrace cold?
The terrace has two electric blankets available. In winter, you can close the vinyl curtains.
The kitchen floor looks dirty.
The kitchen floor uses an antique-style tile design, making it look dirty. Please be rest assured as daily cleaning is thoroughly done.
Are large sponges for washing dishes provided?
Yes, we provide them just in case guests want to use it.
However, our staff washes the dishes, so you can check-out without washing them.
Is hand soap provided at the sink?
Yes, we provide Aesop hand soap.
Is facial toner provided in the washroom?
Yes. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body cleanser, face wash, cleansing oil, hair ties, disposable razors, shaving foam, toothbrushes, and more.
