We have put effort into creating an experience for guests to enjoy “our own time” without encountering other guests or staff, even at meal times. As a result, we offer a "Prepared Style" dining that is simple for anyone to prepare at their convenience.
We collaborated with "Butagumi," located in Roppongi Hills and Nishi-Azabu, to provide all the pre-prepared ingredients stored in the refrigerator. Guests are only required to handle the final steps of grilling, boiling, steaming, etc.
Gone are the days when you no longer need to rush for the hotel's scheduled dinners or breakfasts or worry about the restaurant’s operating hours.
The best part of "Prepared Style" is that it accommodates those who want to eat early to gaze at Mount Fuji in the early morning, as well as those who wish to eat at their leisure after relaxing in the bath or open living area.
What is “Prepared Style” ?
Prepared means “to arrange
beforehand”.
Our culinary staff will prepare the necessary ingredients into appropriate portions and leave them in the
refrigerator on the morning of your stay.
Condiments and tableware are also made available. There is no need to wash the dishes after use. Simply place them into the container.
To dine, guests only need to complete the final process of grilling, boiling, smoking, etc. This is the “prepared style” proposed by the “abrAsus
group”.
